The Paul J. Hiller Award shall be awarded to one Brother of the Northeast Province who shows continued commitment to the Fraternity, community, and profession. Each collegiate chapter shall nominate one deserving Brother who embodies the four pillars of Kappa Psi:  Industry, Sobriety, Fellowship, and High Ideals. This award will be awarded during the Spring Province assembly each year and will be accompanied by a scholarship provided by the Pocono Graduate Chapter.

The Northeast Province New Brother Recognition Award shall be awarded to an outstanding newly initiated Brother of the Northeast Province who demonstrates exceptional involvement, leadership, service, and dedication to Kappa Psi and the profession of pharmacy early in their journey. Recipients will be recognized during the Spring Province Assembly awards banquet and will receive a monetary scholarship provided by the Northeast Province Executive Committee.
