What is a Province Assembly?
A Province Assembly is the official gathering of Kappa Psi brothers within the Northeast Province. During Assembly, chapters come together for leadership discussions, business meetings, professional development, and brotherhood activities. It is an opportunity to strengthen connections across chapters and contribute to the direction of the province.

Who should attend Province Assembly?
Province Assembly is open to all active brothers from within Northeast and visiting brothers from other province regions. Chapters are strongly encouraged to send representatives to participate in discussions and votes.

How do I register?
Registration is completed through the Province Assembly Registration Form. Once registration opens, a link will be available on the Province Assembly page and through the Listserv. After registering, additional details such as schedules and updates will be shared with participants.

What should I wear?
Dress expectations vary depending on the session. Typically business casual or professional attire for banquets, Kappa Psi casual attire for business and legislative sessions, and casual attire for social events. Any specific dress requirements will be included in the Assembly schedule.

What should chapters prepare for Assembly?
Chapters should make sure they are in good standing with Kappa Psi (ie. no outstanding payments and taxes are up to date), designate two voting delegates from their chapter, complete submissions for chapter recognition and any applicable nominations are submitted.
